Ideal Pet Doors Modular Cat Patio Door

The Ideal Pet Doors Modular Cat Patio Door is a self-contained panel that fits easily into the track of your existing sliding glass door, providing you with an instant pet door. It does not interfere with the operation of your sliding door, and can be easily interchanged between the sliding door track and the screen door track.

The Pig in Mud Modular Cat Patio Door locks securely in place by means of a self-adjusting spring-loaded top section. Due to the spring-loaded top section, it should not move.

The Pig in Mud Modular Cat Patio Door can be used on Single or Double Patio Doors. When inserting into Single Patio Doors, the Cat Patio Door will sit against the edge of the existing door frame (where the current locking mechanism is located). When inserting into Double Patio Doors, the Cat Patio Door will sit in the middle of the frame against the edit of one of the existing doors (you will not be able to open this door, whilst the Cat Patio door is attached).

You will then close your existing operational patio door / sliding door up to the Cat Patio Door and will need to insert the Pin Lock to lock the door (your existing door will not lock into the Cat Patio Door as there is no universal lock).

The Cat Patio Door is designed to fit track heights between 1971-2041mm (77 5/8"-80 3/8"). Extension pieces are available to give your door an additional 63mm in height. Extension pieces can be securely added to increase the height of the Cat Patio Door.

NOTE: If adding more than 3 extensions to your patio door, we strongly recommend that you screw the extension pieces together to help maintain the integrity, strength and security of the door.
