Power Paws Non-Slip Greyhound Socks are especially designed for Hare-footed Dogs weighing from 3kg to 40kg. These fashionable socks keep your pets' paws warm and help protect them against injury. The non-slip base grips onto slick surfaces, ideal for wooden or laminate flooring.
Unlike the "Regular" Powers Paws Non-Slip Socks, the Power Paws Non-Slip Greyhound Socks are suitable for “hare-footed” dogs like Italian Greyhounds, Poodles, Whippets and Australian Shepherds. However, any dog can have a hare-foot (including Shepherds, Collies, and occasionally a Pug). Some dog's even have "regular" front feet and "hare-feet" at the back!
You would select the Power Paws Non-Slip Greyhound Socks if your dog’s paw pad is significantly longer than its width (regardless of breed).
Power Paws Non-Slip Greyhound Socks for dogs can be used for a variety of reasons. The socks can help stop dogs sliding on slippery floors, provide more grip for older or senior dogs, protect paws from injuries, protect sensitive paws after surgery, keep paws warm in colder temperatures and even help protect your hardwood floors from scratches. Instructions
The sock is close to fitting if it twists but doesn’t fall off immediately. If it rotates so the grip is on the side or top of the paw, try the washing instructions. If you are trying to shrink your Power Paws because they twist, machine wash in warm water, then air dry. If the fit is perfect, you are done shrinking. If the fit is better, but not perfect, wash them on warm and dry on warm. This stepped approach takes a little longer but is designed to give you the best fit.
Power Paws can be washed just like clothes. We recommend permanent press or gentle cycle with cold water to avoid shrinkage. Dry on low heat or air dry, and your Power Paws will come out clean and good as new.
